Bodytronics Shipping Policies:
By placing an order with Bodytronics you acknowledge acceptance of the following shipping policies

  • Bodytronics does not accept international orders. We will only accept orders billing and shipping to the 50 US States, US territories (excluding Puerto Rico), and APO/FPO addresses.

  • Unless otherwise notified, all orders with Free Super Saver shipping ship within 2 business days (Typically next business day). If your delivery is time sensitive, we HIGHLY suggest upgrading to another method. Packages weighing 13oz or less will ship via USPS First Class Mail, which is somewhat space-available and usually arrives in 2-7 business days. Packages weighing over 13oz will ship our choice of either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. We offer this option to save our customers money, not as the fastest delivery method.

  • Unless otherwise notified, all orders with UPS Ground shipping placed before 5:30p Eastern Standard time will ship the same business day or next business day if placed on a weekend or holiday. If your shipment is time sensitive, please call or email us and check our current shipping status. There is a good chance we can get most orders out the same day.

  • Unless otherwise notified all domestic orders with expedited shipping (2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) placed by 5:30p EST time will ship the same business day or next business day if placed on a weekend or holiday. Orders placed after 5:30p EST ship the next business day. If you need a package shipped after this cutoff simply call or email us and check availability. In many cases we can still ship after this cutoff.

  • The customer MUST notify Bodytronics of any late 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air shipment within 7 calendar days of original ship date for a refund to be processed. All refunds are subject to UPS service policies. Refunds will only be made to customer after UPS has credited Bodytronics for the shipment in question.   • Bodytronics Return Policy & Satisfaction Guarantee:

    Extended Holiday Return Period: You have until January 30th, 2105 to return or exchange your holiday purchases!


    By placing an order with Bodytronics you acknlowledge acceptance of the following return policies:

    • Bodytronics offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on it's products (excluding custom ordered or custom logo items). If you are not satisfied with any product you may return it for a full refund, LESS SHIPPING CHARGES, within 30 calendar days from date of shipment. Item must be returned in AS-NEW condition including any free or promotional items. Any products returned without ALL packing/packaging material, instructions, and original included accessories will be accessed a 15% re-stocking fee and/or the full price of the promotional items. Items that show wear and tear will be accessed the same 15% re-stocking fee.

    • Any order which was originally shipped with our free shipping and is returned for refund will have the actual cost of the original shipping deducted from any refund. If the items are returned for exchange, a full credit will be given towards the replacement merchandise.

    • Defective merchandise may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 calendar days after purchase. After 30 calendar days unit must be returned to manufacturer for warranty repair. Customer must pay shipping to return the item to Bodytronics, we will pay the shipping back to you. In no case will shipping be refunded for defective merchandise returned for refund.

    • Our returns process is easy: Simply return the items with a copy of the invoice, no return authorization is needed. Make sure to indicate why you are returning the item and indicate if you want a refund or exchange. If you want to exchange the item be sure to indicate what replacement item(s) you want.

    • If merchandise is returned because of a Bodytronics error, we offer the customer's choice of a full refund, including shipping, or exchange at no cost to the customer. All claims must be made within 14 calendar days from original shipment date.

    • Custom and/or special ordered items, or items with custom logos are non-returnable. All sales are final on custom ordered and/or custom printed items.

    • We do try to be fair and will consider exceptions to the above policies in some cases. Time is of the essence and if you are not satisfied you should contact us immediately.
